Fruit Preparations and Sauces

Fruit preparations and Sauces are semi-finished fruit products that are destined as inclusion in the chilled and frozen dairy applications such as fruit yoghurt, ice cream and frozen desserts. The fruit ingredient products are tailored to our customers specific requirements inapplication. Our fruit preparations add value to the food industry and are supplied in many forms high fruit content with pieces, with puree or a confectionery/fruit sauce.

The process begins with the selection of the highest quality fruit. Our purchasing and technical team carefully select the best raw material supply partners and the best choice of raw materials. The fruit preparations are the result of frozen fruit mixed with sweeteners, colours, flavours and stabilisers which are pasteurised. Each product has its own specific recipe which is formulated based on the customer's requirement. Our application laboratory tests the fruit preparation in application to verify the product solution.

One of our key specialities is in producing high fruit identity preparation using a number of different processing techniques from infusion, osmosis and enzyme treatment of fruit. This gives outstanding results in fragile fruits such as raspberry and strawberry allowing for whole textured fruits with fresh flavour after industrial processing.
